This 2 Bedroom 1 Bath modern home is ideal for anyone wanting to be within close proximity to the boat ramp of O.H. Ivie or the surrounding hunting land. 

This home is 1 of 5 cabins located on several acres at CB THREE. Each cabin comes with its own fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and K-Cup coffee maker. For our fellow fishermen getting off the water each cabin also has it's own water hose and place to plug in and recharge your boat. 

Washer/Dryer is currently awaiting repair- we can provide an alternative if needed.

100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 14 days before arrival or earlier.

50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 7 days before arrival or earlier.

25% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 2 days before arrival or earlier.

0% refundable if canceled after.

Security deposit

A pre-authorization of €87 is held on 1 days before arrival and voided on 2 days after departure

Notes

During peak season (January 1st until April 30th) our weekday and weekend rates are the same. 

$145 a night for 1 Bedroom & $155 a night for a 2 Bedroom
